
Many years ago, I used to start over every Monday, especially with my diet but with exercise as well!
Every week I told myself, "this time I'll stick to it", but by Thursday I'd already quit!
I thought I wasn't motivated enough, turns out what I needed was a habit!
🤍✨ Now I move a little every day (some more than others; sometimes I just go for a walk).
No pressure. No guilt. Just consistency!
