The course consists of 6 long real time workouts. They are aimed at beginners, however there are challenges, and you will see a progression throughout the course! You will finish this course feeling confident, energised and ready to continue your Pilates journey!

If you are new to Pilates and are looking to learn the basics, this is a great place to start. Pilates can be a little intimidating when first starting out, as there are so many different elements to think about when practising. Remember, there are 8 principles of Pilates!
You may feel intimidated in joining a class with no prior experience, or you may simply just not have the time to join a real time class. This is precisely why I have designed this beginner's course. I have broken down and explained the 3 most important principles of Pilates for beginners; which are your breathing, postural alignment and your core control. I have included a video which details these 3 principles. There is also a detailed video discussing the several start positions I use in this course, how they should look and what you need to be doing.

Requirements: Please Consult with your Medical Practioner prior to starting the course if you have any medical conditions. Please note: this course is not suitable for pregnant clients or for anyone where exercises are contra-indicated, e.g. osteoporosis/low bone density.
What you will need: A thick Pilates/Yoga mat to cushion the spine, a small cushion for the head & neck (or a small towel), and a resistance band (you can use a scarf or tights if you do not have a band).
